Jacques Emsens
Jacques Emsens was operationally active in his family company, Sibelco, from 1993 to 2012, holding various roles, including CEO of Benelux and Head of M&A. After leaving Sibelco, he established his family office, Stalusa, where he focuses on managing and preserving his family's wealth. In addition to this, Jacques has held board positions in several prominent companies, including Sofina, UFB, SigmaRock, Eurinvest Partners, and Belgibo, among others.

Stanislas Emsens
Stanislas graduated with a Master in Business Administration from the European Business School in London. Afterward, he spent one year at his family company, Sibelco, within the Strategic Marketing and M&A teams. Gaining valuable experience, he decided to pursue a career in private equity, working for a portfolio company of Atlas Invest in Amersfoort, Netherlands, to gain more hands-on experience in the field. Following this, he launched a startup in infant milk products, which, after two years, did not succeed. After that venture, he co-launched Companions, an evergreen private equity structure focused on the SME sector in Belgium. He has since left his operational role there and now leads his family's family office. In addition to his career, Stanislas has served as an observer or full board member on several boards, including Soddel, Companions, SPI, and Louis Depoortere.

Loïc Bijvoet
Loïc Bijvoet graduated from ICHEC and ESCP, where he completed 2 major internships, first at KPMG Paris as an auditor and then at BNP Paribas Private Equity in Brussels. His first full time job was at ING Corporate Finance in the Brussels team, he then joined the Lazard Financial Advisory Benelux team after which he helped Bivolino.com a 3rd generation family business prior to joining Stalusa. At Stalusa Loïc mainly manages part of the existing portfolio companies and seeks new attractive investment opportunities. He is board observer at Afriwise, Carpet Society, Le Pain Quotidien Brazil, and Green River

Arnaud Allaerts
Arnaud graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from Louvain School of Management. He has over 20 years of banking experience, having been responsible for client relationship management and business development in both corporate and investment banking (ING) and wealth management (Degroof Petercam). In 2018, he co-founded Beside You, where he became an independent advisor for a select group of families. At Stalusa, Arnaud is responsible for the selection of private equity funds.

Elke De Vos
After completing her studies in Applied Economic Sciences at KU Leuven, Elke entered the real estate world. Practical experience in the real estate market from various roles in various projects, combined with several real estate training programs, have given her more than 20 years of experience in the development of (mostly) residential real estate. What Elke loves about her job, is the variety in project development: from permits, over the financial/calculating side, to commercialising the project. Every project has its own challenges. She always strives to find the best solution for each project. At Stalusa, Elke is responsible for the development and validation of the real estate portfolio.

Anne Jacobs
Anne Jacobs has many years' of experience in office management. In her career, she has held a variety of positions as event manager, personal assistant to the CEO of Eurofins active in the pharmaceutical industry. She has now chosen to continue her career by joining Stalusa. She is personal assistant to Mr Jacques Emsens and office manager of Stalusa. The company's values and the quality of the people she works with were the decisive factors in her decision to leave the pharmaceutical industry and join Stalusa.

Leticia Salvador
Leticia is an adaptable and forward-thinking professional, always eager to embrace new opportunities and challenges. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the University of Navarra and recently obtained her Master's degree in Digital Marketing from ESIC Business and Marketing School. In a more personal level, being Spaniard in Belgium is an example of how her resilience and constant effort have enabled her to overcome cultural barriers and navigate unfamiliar territory. Efficiency is paramount to her when it comes to managing tasks, and she strongly believes in the power of teamwork to achieve shared goals. As a service-oriented young professional, she is ready to enthusiastically take on any project that comes her way.
Leticia Salvador

Sacha Antoine
Sacha is currently pursuing a Master's in Finance and Management at EM Lyon Business School. He has gained experience through key internships, first at CACEIS Bank - Crédit Agricole in Luxembourg as an investment restrictions analyst, then at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in Paris as an indirect private equity and infrastructure analyst. He also completed an internship at Omnes Capital, where he further developed his expertise in private equity and investment analysis. Sacha is now joining Stalusa as an intern, where he will support the investment team.

Ludovic Emsens
After earning a Master's in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Edinburgh, Ludovic spent a year interning with his family company, Sibelco, in their M&A team. He considers this experience pivotal in shaping his career, as it sparked his passion for analyzing companies across various sectors. He then spent nearly two years as a junior auditor at Deloitte before moving to London to join the listed company SigmaRock, where he has been for the past five years and now leads their venture department, focusing on evaluating startups in the mining industry. As a non-operational member of Stalusa, Ludovic serves on the investment committee.

Harry Haeck
Harry started his career as a business lawyer at Deloitte Legal and Liedekerke, specialising in banking and financial law. In 2015, his career took a turn towards investment banking and private equity at BNP Paribas Fortis, where he focused primarily on technology deals. Harry obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Ghent, a Master of Science in Management from the University of Leuven and a Master in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School Board Member/Observer at Betty Blocks, Hex-Rays, Payflip and CrazyGames.
