Carpet Society offers a demanding and appropriate response to all decorative flooring desires, bringing together the unique expertise of ten internationally renowned brands in the world of carpets and rugs, based in Belgium and France: Louis De Poortere, Jules Flipo, Codimat, Bausol, Catry, De Poortere Frères, Superdye, Sorev, Ora Pro Nobis and Manufacture Royale d’Aubusson.
We help by understanding the current market situation and macroeconomic aspects of the business. This to challenge their future development plans to the best of our ability. This goes from heavy capex investments and structural organizational decisions.
We support Ceo's of different entities by helping in terms of strategic business development and optimal financing structures. Our international network helps with European strategy.


Le Pain Quotidien (Brazil)
Le Pain Quotidien is an iconic brand of Belgian origin, founded in 1990 by Alain Coumont. The company operates and franchises “local” neighbourhood bakery cafés. Le Pain Quotidien draws on its unique food philosophy and the values of simplicity, authenticity and conviviality to bring its guests together around a communal table, the centre piece of its restaurants. Le Pain Quotidien is a forerunner of current consumer trends (healthy, organic, locally sourced ingredients etc.).
We challenge and guide strategic decisions, allocate budgets effectively, and assist in expansion planning to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
One of Stalusa's board members, provides direct support to the CEO, oversees capital raising efforts, and leads mergers and acquisitions activities, ensuring comprehensive assistance in operational and strategic matters.

Using Afriwise, busy legal teams are relieved from tedious gathering and double-checking legal intelligence and have time to spend on those high-value tasks that make a difference to their business.
We helped setting up and appointing new independent board members. We also challenged when it came to strategic matters and the business plan. All this whilst showing the importance of keeping the focus on existing products and knowhow.

SOD.DEL operates as an agent and distributor for several worldwide leading producers of mineral fillers on the European market. Our goal is to improve the economic and ecological sustainability of our European industries by assisting our customers in finding the best cost-effective solution for new or ongoing developments and enabling more transparency in all steps of the supply chain.
We were the first to join the board as such helped change the way management reported drastically. Due to vast experience helped management in the direction of the planned European development strategy that is put in place. Opened our network for growth acceleration.
